At New System Bakery, we start each day around 2:30 am. We make a fresh batch of dough and start making donuts! Bismarks are our best seller! Each day we make glazed, glazed cinnamon, glazed twist, cinnamon rolls, cream sticks, pecan rolls, cream cheese croissants, jam rolls, jelly rolls, french crullers, and lots and lots of Bismarks!
After donuts are cut, proofed, fried, baked, glazed, iced and decorated, we move on to cookies and pastries! We are also known for our Iced Butter Cookies. We previously only made these at Halloween, Valentines Day & St. Patrick’s Day, but due to the high demand, we now make them all year round! This is a soft, sweet cookie(similar to a sugar cookie) with buttercream icing on top and a seasonal candy decorate.
We also make a wide variety of fresh cookies daily including:
Pictured- our famous reception wafers! AKA star cookies, sprinkle cookies, wedding cookies and whatever else you want to call them! Sold in 1# bags, these spritz-style cookies are coated with colored sugar and have approx 45 cookies per pound.

Fresh blueberry muffins are next up (pictured), along with our glorious morning muffin, which is similar to a carrot cake muffin. Then we begin fresh, rich fudge brownies with our chocolate fudge frosting. Whoopee pies are decadent with our homemade chocolate cake sandwich filled with our Bismark cream and topped with fudge icing.

We do birthday cakes in many different sizes and flavors! These are VERY SIMPLY decorated cakes. Includes our traditional white icing, writing of your choice, roses and top and bottom borders.
